Spring

I found theses pretty flowers.Yesterday  the horses where running a lot. I was playing with the puppy we have and he went under the camper trailer and into the horse area. I was scared. Lucky the horses were eating hay. Also I was lucky because  the puppy found horse poop and stayed right there eating a piece of poop until I got him.

Horses

 Theses are our horses  The black one is Natasha. The white and cream colored one is Poe and ,she is the only one we can  ride. The white and reddish one is Miracle.  The little one who is all reddish brownish is my horse Molly Dolly. We got Miracle,  Natasha, and Poe at the same time, but got Molly Dolly later. Before we got the horses Molly Dolly and Miracle where best friends.

The two smaller ones are Miracle and Molly Dolly.

Bad weather

Today it was really wet outside.  It has been raining since yesterday on and off. Today I was outside with my brother watching the  foster puppy. (We have one left and started out with 3. ) My brother runs off to the fairy house my mom , my brother and myself built yesterday. He does not tell me where he going so I put the puppy inside and go looking for my brother with an umbrella. I tell him we need to go inside. He won't and I go back inside to tell mom. She says for me to tell him to come inside "mom said so." I do, he does not come in so mom goes out there while it is raining and, of course, Rowan comes in. Well he made it inside but the umbrella didn't.

Cat on my back

Today our cat Noble was on are fence by the horses, and I bent down to pick up my gloves. While I was bent  down he climbed on my back. My mom asked me to close the gate so I walked bent over with the cat on my back, and closed the gate. Mom said for me to "Stop fooling around and stand up so the cat can get down." I stood up and he just clung to my coat. So I bent down again afraid that he would scratch me. Mom burst out laughing. She said for me to stand up and eventually he would get down. The second time worked.

Gardening

We recently let the Milk snake go. Today we are gardening . Personally I think we bought every  plant, flower, and vegetables there is.

           We are going organic. We got organic shampoo, soap and coconut oil, and other organic things. I think going organic is alright.  Some of the food does not taste the same but stuff that has processed food causes cancer and other illnesses so that is why we are going organic. Our  garden has really been growing! When we watered the plants the tags fell off so now we have no idea which is wich.

Soccer

In a few days my brother will be starting soccer practice. It is very exciting. My brother and I have been practicing soccer and I think he has a great jump start. When I was around his age I played soccer with my sister. I had a blast. I did it the next year and would have done the next year but we moved to Iowa.

Art Fair

 For a few  years my family has gone to the Iowa Art Fair. I had a blast! Now, I will show off some of the art I made. This picture was when I went to a booth and you drop paint while the paint board is spinning.

soap suddds galor

A few days ago we made soap.It was really fun but it took an hour      
 for the soap to dry and I don't like waiting. I loved the smells we used. We had coconut and jasmine and another one, but the smell I cant describe. I love making soap. The sea shell ones are for my teacher.

Mermaid

This is my mermaid I made out of bees wax. I made it when  President Obama was getting sworn in on tv. It was hard to make but I did it .

Today we are getting puppies and we are fostering them. They are so cute. I love Puppies. Even though I love cats I love dogs just as much.We got them yesterday. They woke up at 3 in the morning and my mom let them outside. they are very adventurist.  They are some what paper trained  There is this small one who is sweet, then there is an other one who likes to jump out of your arms and the third likes to play, well they all love to play.

  

Pancakes

Today I made pancakes for breakfast. We ate them very fast. This is a photo of the smallest pancake I made. It is almost 3 cm all the way around.                  Here I am comparing the pancake to the  bottle cap.

We just got a milk snake. Our cats brought him up from the basement. He is a baby. When we first told my dad he was a little freaked out. But when he actually saw it, he saw it was really really small.
The rock is about the size of my hand. Just to give you an idea. We plan on releasing him once it is warm outside.

This is Mohawk, as you know, we have had so many adventure with this cat. One is when he (she) was under our side porch where there is this little piece of cement that the kittens would hide on. Mohawk climbed over the edge and became stuck and was hanging by his head. He was meowing so loud you could here it inside. Luckily we saved him.


When we brought  Mohawk  in the house after the kittens  got sick, my brother was not treating Mohawk very nice. So, my mom grounded him and said, "IF YOU DON'T BE NICE TO YOUR CAT, HE WILL BE MIEN AND I WILL RENAME HIM RAISIN HEAD!"

Archery

This is the picture of when I shot my arow all the way though the telephone poll. I am very proud of myself. Now everyone knows not to mess with me.

Milking the cow, or trying to. This is the day we went to the zoo. It was fun! The funny thing is, is that the fake cow actually could milk. It was a white water or something else .



My brother is great at finding fossils and bones.

Last year we picked cherries.My mom wanted to make a cherry pie. But the cherries had pits in them so me and my sister had to pick out all the pits by hand, our hand where red and smelled like cherries when we were done. My mom and dad said that it was a good pie, but I really don't like pie.



My brother and I are over by the cherry tree starting to pick cherries. My sister will soon be in the trees getting the ones that are to high to reach.                                                                                                                                                      

This is our old barn. When we moved last year my mom and dad had to clean it out. My mom said it smelled like old raccoon butt. When they where cleaning it out they found a pure silver tea set.

This is our old mail box. It looks like a miniature barn. I want my parents to get a mail box that is unusual and stands out. A driver was probably texting and driving and ran over our neighbor's mail box. My mom saw him stop to pick up his mirror and drive quickly away. He left our neighbor's mailbox laying in the middle of the street.

This is Darmah. I got her when I was 2. She is very skittish  However, I think she likes running around the house, because she can harass the cats.

This is Grace. We got her for my 10th birthday. If you ever saw Grace run you would  think she was part cheetah  Even though she would get lose( And some times eat our chickens) she was very sweet. Unfortunately she dug under our fence and got ran over by a car and died.

Mason who my mom calls Tubs, is just a tub full of
love. In this picture Mason is running along the fence checking out the chickens on the other side.

  Jude is the sweetest thing, and when he gives you those puppy dog eyes, you can't say no. When we first brought Jude and Mason home (We haven't got Hawkeye yet ,but we soon will.) they saw one of our cats. You have to understand that they are big for puppies so when they saw the cat they were scared of it. Even though they where 2 times the cats size!

As I said, I would put up more pictures of the kittens and puppies  today. Over on the right is Chubbs, my sisters kitten.You should see him when he lies down then he is really chubby . My sister named him right.



This is Runt, my moms kitten. It was in the middle of winter when Runt got really sick. Luckily we got him to the vet just in time. We saved his life but he never fully recovered, and unfortunately he died later in the year.

This is my kitten Seal. She has 2 brothers and 1 sister. She is a princess. I am her human and the world spins around her.

 This is  Mohawk, who is my brothers kitten. He thinks Mohawk is a boy, but it is a girl  DON'T tell him I said that. I will post more pics of the kittens and puppies.

Hi everyone I am Autumn. I am 12 years old and on this blog I will show you my life. Some things you should know about me is that I live on a  farm. I have 13 cats. There are six inside and 7 outside. Though two of the cats  inside don't count. All they do is lay around, they are like throw  pillows. Sometimes we have 7 outside cats because we have a wild cat who comes around periodically. Also, on the farm we have four dogs.None of the dogs on our farm are small, they are big dogs. Their names are Jude, Mason, Hawkeye, and Darmah. Jude, Mason and Hawkeye are brothers. We got them last year. We got Darmah when I was two. On are farm we also have horses, four of them. We just got them this winter.

   These are two of my dogs, Mason and Jude.
